This Privacy Policy explains how Robora L.L.C ("Robora", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit robora.eu or contact us. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law in Kosovo.

1. What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us through the forms on our website.
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
When you use our pre-order form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and the product and quantity you wish to reserve, so that we can contact you to confirm and arrange your pre-order.
With both forms, we also record limited technical information automatically included with your submission — namely your IP address and the date and time — which we use solely to prevent spam and abuse.
With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) to understand site usage and measure our advertising. 2. Why we use your data and our legal basis
We process the data from our contact form to read and respond to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to enquiries about our products and business.
We process the data from our pre-order form to contact you, confirm your reservation, and arrange your order. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We use your IP address and timestamp on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing spam and fraud (Article 6(1)(f)).
3. How your data is handled
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to our info@robora.eu mailbox, which is hosted on our web hosting provider's servers. Your data is accessible only to authorised members of Robora who handle enquiries.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it only with:
- Our web hosting provider, which stores our website and email on our behalf as a data processor;
- Our analytics and advertising partners (Google and Meta), but only where you have consented to analytics or advertising cookies;
- Authorities or legal advisors, where we are legally required to do so.
5. How long we keep it
We retain contact-form and pre-order correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or order and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is deleted. Pre-order details are kept until the order is fulfilled or cancelled, plus any period required for accounting or legal purposes. Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
